Concept Development/ Feasibility Assessment + Design/ Engineering:
Our design team develops concepts and determines feasibility that proposed solutions can be achieved within your scope, budget and timeline. Collaboration between our design and engineering teams allows a seamless flow of information and ensuring form and function align. This phase verifies the design meets technical and aesthetic goals.
Pricing/ Proposal Finalization + Client Approval
A formal proposal with pricing is prepared based on the concept and feasibility phase. The final proposal ensures the client’s expectations are accurately captured and all is in alignment before moving forward.
Project Begins. Production + Quality Assurance:
With all approvals in place, the project officially begins, marked by clear milestones and timelines for tracking progress. This step is crucial for ensuring the design is built to the highest standards. Salamander implements rigorous QA processes through production for performance and reliability.
Delivery + Installation Support/ Post-Install Support + Experience Survey:
Our emphasis on delivery and installation support ensures the product is correctly set up and meets specs. The client receives support during installation to address any questions. After installation, the process moves to post-install support including maintenance. Here, the client’s experience is evaluated through a survey to gather insights for future improvements.
